PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of experience providing comprehensive primary care across community health centers, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and outpatient clinics. Experienced in preventive medicine, subacute and chronic diseases management, office-based procedures, and patient education. Dedicated to delivering compassionate, holistic and patient-centered, evidence-based care to diverse populations, including adults, elderly, underserved communities, and patients living with HIV.

We provide comprehensive, holistic and patient-centered healthcare services, such as:
- Work, school, sport, comprehensive physical examination and annual wellness visit
- Primary care for children aged 15 year-old and older, adults and elderly patients
- Preventive health screenings and routine checkups
- Vaccination / Immunization
- Medical, and pre-surgery clearance
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute, subacute and chronic illnesses, and minor injuries
- Follow-up care and chronic disease monitoring
- Management of chronic conditions including: Hypertension (HTN), Diabetes Mellitus,
Asthma, COPD, Hyperlipidemia, Thyroid disorders, Arthritis, Gout, And others.
- Acute and subacute care as for upper respiratory infections (Viral and bacterial
infections), pneumonia, and more
- Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs)
- Skin / Dermatologic evaluation and treatment
- Suturing, stitches, and staples removal
- Incision and drainage (I&D) procedures for abscess
- Partial, and complete surgical toenail removal / avulsion
- Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, X-rays, CT scans, and MRI studies
- Medication management and treatment planning
- Patient and family education
- Care coordination and referrals to specialists
- HIV primary care and follow-up
- Health promotion and disease prevention counseling and more
- Medication management, and refill
Medication refill available for most prescriptions, except for narcotics (hydrocodone, oxycodone, codeine, tramadol), benzodiazepines (alprazolam, lorazepam, temazepam, midazolam), testosterone products and similar agents, as well as phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors including tadalafil and sildenafil (Viagra)
